The very nice Andy Attenhofer, assistant director on Jewel's new movie The Tribe has agreed to take a few questions from the fans on the movie! So if you'd like to ask Andy a question on the movie, on Jewel, email them in and i'll send them off to Andy when i get a good bunch.

Jewel is the latest guest to be announced for TT20 Con, held on the 7th-9th July, this year in Canada.

Andy Attenhofer, assistant director on Jewel's next movie The Tribe has confirmed to me that the production company are aiming for the movie to be released in 2007, next year. They're hoping for the movie to be released in theatres and they already have international distribution, but not domestic. They're still shooting at the moment, in LA. The rest of the shooting should take ten days, the last few days taking place on the sound stage. I'll let you know more details when i find out.

The media's still ablaze with the fan screenings of Serenity, where all proceedings go to Joss' number one charity Equality Now. The latest article highlights Jewel as one of the actors in Serenity describing her next movie The Tribe as a cross between Lost and The Island of Dr. Moreau. Also there's an informative Q&A on the screenings for Equality Now, taking place on Joss' birthday across the world.

Two new clips have been added which you can now download. One is a clip from Fast Forward - Becca and Tucker's first kiss! The other is a behind-the-scenes clip of Jewel talking about Kaylee on the set of Firefly.

The Serenity buzz is still around. Malaysian entertainment news website The Star Online eCentral has grabbed a few "Fine Lines" from Firefly and Serenity. Most notably they pick out the words written in the cargo bay of Serenity - "Reusable Container: Do Not Destroy". When in fact the set was destroyed prior to making Serenity. And also they've translated the iconic words "Eta Kooram Nah Smech", which in Russian means literally "this is for hens to laugh" meaning, this is very ridiculous.

Jewel's latest movie, The Tribe, has now wrapped and finished shooting! The movie will go into post-production. You can still follow it's progress at the blog, where assistant director Andy Attenhofer has been blogging about the production of the movie.

I'm pretty sure you already would have known this but Jewel has blogged again. She's still in Costa Rica filming The Tribe and she blogs about how much fun she's having down there!

Yes, i've started another! Just days after the very successful "Happy Birthday Jewel" project has ended i have started yet another. But hopefully this one will be a bit different. The aim of this campaign is to create a fan-scrapbook which i will physically give to Jewel at an upcoming convention. You can find all the details here and how to get involved.
